Hidden Lake RV Ranch Rules

Thank you for staying at the ranch we are glad you are here. We are a family owned and operated business and strive to keep our ranch "family friendly". As fellow RV'ers we enjoy fellowship with others and sharing our love for nature. While our country setting is naturally beautiful and inviting, it posses some risks and hazards. With good communication, cooperation and common courtesy we can all have a great experience and leave with good memories. Just a few rules to keep us all on the same page, reduce hazards and keep us all safe.

Hidden Lake RV Ranch Policies:

* In an effort to keep costs down on the RV sites, fishing is not included. However, fishing passes are available at an additional fee (see office). The fees will cover re-stocking of fish as needed.

* For your safety, walk only on trails provided and maintained mowed areas. Venturing off into high grassy areas is dangerous and could potentially contain venomous snakes, wild animals and insects. However, always use caution when walking as the terrain varies and snakes/wild animals could find their way on to the trails as well.  

* Always keep in mind that while enjoying the natural surroundings and nature, you are not just sharing it with people. Never approach any wild or domestic animals that you encounter at the ranch.

*Use extreme caution while walking at night, dimly lit areas particularly dangerous. Night time (nocturnal) critters such as skunks, etc. as well as poisonous snakes are potentially out on the prowl and could be in or near your campsite.

* No fires allowed except in fire rings provided, a little fire can quickly spread and pose a serious threat. NO FIRES DURING COUNTY MANDATED BURN BANS.

* No firearms or fireworks of any type are allowed.

* 5mp maximum speed limit. Drive only on the interior roads provided and do not drive, walk or ride bikes through neighbors sites. No vehicles on dam, walking trails only.

* No dirt bikes or ATV's are allowed to be driven at the ranch.

*If you are a registered RV site guest, your pet is welcome. However, your pet must be on a leash at all times. It is mandatory, and your responsibility to clean up after your pet. Do not leave your pet unattended. Constant or frequent barking will not be tolerated. In addition, if your pet is known to be a dangerous breed or does not respond to voice command, please leave it at home as it could pose a threat to others.

* Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. In addition to the lake, there are several creeks that wind through the property that contain unfenced bodies of water.

* Aerobic Septic System sprinklers located at the bottom of the campsites are not to be used for any purpose such as playing in or drinking, etc.

* No swimming or wading in the creeks or the lake. 

* No climbing or crossing over barbed wire fences.

* Keep your campsites and other areas litter free, always place trash in containers.

* Quiet hours between 10:00PM and 7:00AM. Please keep noise to a minimum while entering or departing during these hours, as your neighbors may be sleeping.

We go to great lengths to ensure that our guests have a good time. However, we will ask you to leave if you destroy property, create a disturbance or violate our policies.There will be no refunds if we ask you to leave.

Hidden Lake RV Ranch has established rules to keep a "family friendly" atmosphere and safe place for all ages to enjoy. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by yourself, your children, your pets or your guests. Hidden Lake RV Ranch is not responsible for accidents, injury or loss of property.
