How much is it to book a long term site?

$400 a month + $85 electric deposit

How long can I book a long term site for?

Ongoing - background check is required.

What are the office hours?

Park hosts are at the property Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:30 am - 12:30 am

What is the WiFi password?

Can I fish at the lake?

Yes! If you are staying on the property you can fish for free, otherwise fishing is $10 per person.

Can I feed the animals?

You can feed the donkey's 1 carrot per day. All other animals graze and can get sick from human food.

Can I bring my smoker?

Yes, but it must be set up away from the treeline and we ask that you use extreme caution.

Can I use my ATV or Side by Side vehicles on the property?

No. Only electric golf carts.
